In 2002 a new Framers Market was being started in Liberty Lake and I volunteered to serve on the Board of Directors. In 2003 I was elected Board President and remained as such until covid hit.

The Board and I were very focused on the creating the Best Market in the Region. We focused on what kind of experience people attending would have. We looked at every detail to create a great experience. We also focused on the Vendors needs … creating a welcoming, attractive venue.

I am very proud to have been part of making the Liberty Lake Farmers Market what it is today.

My goal in Real Estate is the same … create experiences for clients that they will find rewarding and memorable.

I have always been a lover of art (even though I have no talent) Having gotten to know the Mayor and City Council of Liberty Lake from my interactions regarding the Farmers Market; I decided to reach out to them about my idea for an Art Show. They embraced the idea and provided funding to get us going . Soon after … Art at the Market was born. By our third year we had more than 100 artists participate.

While I have no artistic talent … I have been blessed with the ability for creative thinking. To constantly ask “what else could we do” ?

With today’s interest rates, both buyers and sellers have to consider options they may not have thought about before. Let me put on my creative thinking hat for you.

The Alzheimer’s Association was of great help during the time I was caring for my wife. After the passing of my wife, I volunteered with the Alzheimers Association as a Community Educator working with families in the early stages of an Alzheimer’s diagnoses. Giving back to your community is simply something I believe in.
