“Canned information” is all over the internet today. And while it seems convenient, it is simply not enough. Looking at pictures you can’t see the things that the seller may not want you to see. Having truly listened to what you are really looking for, I will always go look at a house in person before bringing it to you. Knowing all the details beforehand saves you a lot of time and disappointment.
