My family is from a small town northwest of Milan Italy. It is a rural area where most people are family farmers in the foothills of the Swiss Alp Mountains. Hard work is just a normal way of life. Pride in your work is expected. And your Word is really the only thing of value that you have.

I named my company after Milan as a tribute to my parents and grandparents. It is my intention to carry on the values of my family. If we are privileged to have your business, these are the things you can expect from me.

We all know that there are a ridiculous number of Real Estate Agents, both in Spokane and just about everywhere else. How in the world do you figure out who is going to be able to truly help you? Here are a few tips ….

First - Go to their website. Does it look like a “pre-made - canned” real estate website? The effort they put into it may be the same effort they put into helping you. Does it provide a wide range of easy to use tools to help you? Can you learn details about the agent themselves … the person you would be working with?

Second - Look for testimonials from people who have worked with this person. These can be a good predictor of your experience.

Third - Pay attention to how they communicate. Did they respond to you promptly? Were they easy to talk with. Were they able to answer your questions in a way that makes sense?
